Non-Food Outdoor Pitches

• Frontage of 10ft per pitch, at £30 each

• Power supply, tables and chairs to be supplied by attendees

• Total space is inclusive of any shelter/gazebo that you may wish to bring

Cold Food Outdoor Pitches

• Frontage of 10ft per pitch, at £35 each

• Power supply, tables and chairs to be supplied by attendees

• Total space is inclusive of any shelter/gazebo that you may wish to bring

Hot Food Outdoor Pitches

• Frontage of 10ft per pitch, at £40 each

• Power supply, tables and chairs to be supplied by attendees

• Total space is inclusive of any shelter/gazebo that you may wish to bring

Indoor Pitches (Inside Craft Marquee)

• Limited in number. First-come, first-served

• Frontage of 6ft per pitch, at £30 each

• Cost inclusive of 6ft table and one chair

TRADE STAND APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Please download and complete the ‘Trade Stand Application Form’ and the ‘Trade Stand Risk Assessment’. (PRICES ON APPLICATION FORM).

Email both to eastringtonshow@gmail.com. You will be contacted by the Trade Stand Manager to confirm if the application has been successful and information on how to make payment etc. Please note that fees are non-refundable.

Trade stand proprietors must familiarise themselves with the Eastrington Show Regulations and Health & Safety Policy before Show Day.
